These Strength & Conditioning classes are a great way to have fun, stay healthy and become “SoFIT”! These classes target the strengthening and conditioning of muscles by doing basic circuits, intervals, boot camps and weight training, as well as focusing on increasing heart health by improving cardiovascular ability.
